bdtk6 Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the bdtk6 platform. These terms form a legal agreement between you and us.

1. General Information

By accessing and using the bdtk6 website and all its services, you are considered to have fully accepted the following terms and conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please refrain from using this platform.

This document forms a legally binding agreement between bdtk6 ("Platform", "we", "our") and the registered user ("you", "your", "member"). These terms apply to cricket betting, slots, live casino, fishing games, and all types of gaming services.

bdtk6's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy are equally in effect alongside these terms. By accessing or using the platform, you are considered to have accepted all of these policies.

2. Eligibility and Registration

To open an account and use the services on the bdtk6 platform, you must meet all of the following conditions:

  • You must be at least 21 years of age — for those aged 21 and above only.
  • You must reside in a jurisdiction where online betting is legally permitted.
  • You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of personal registration.
  • You will not use this platform for any fraudulent purpose.
  • Your bank account, bKash, Nagad, or other payment methods must belong to you personally.

2.1 Registration Process

At the time of registration, you must provide a valid mobile number, email address, and password. By completing registration, you confirm that all information provided is true and accurate.

2.2 One Person, One Account

Only one account is permitted per person. If the same person attempts to open multiple accounts, all accounts will be suspended and deposited funds may be forfeited. Creating multiple accounts using the same IP address, device, or payment method is also prohibited.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

bdtk6 reserves the right to verify a member's identity at any time. A copy of a National ID (NID), passport, or driving licence may be requested for verification. The platform reserves the right to hold withdrawals until verification is complete.

3. Account Management

3.1 Login Security

Always keep your bdtk6 login credentials (username and password) confidential. Do not share this information with any third party. You must immediately notify our support team of any unauthorised access to your account.

3.2 Updating Account Information

If your contact details, payment information, or other personal data changes, update it promptly through our support team. bdtk6 is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.

3.3 Account Balance

Funds held in the account do not earn interest and may only be used for gaming purposes. A maintenance fee may apply to inactive accounts (no activity for more than 12 months).

4. Financial Transactions

4.1 Deposit

The following methods can be used to make deposits at bdtk6: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (per method).
  • Deposits are generally credited to the account instantly.
  • The deposit amount must be consistent with your payment method.
  • Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawal

The following conditions apply to processing withdrawal requests:

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
  • Standard withdrawal processing time: 10–45 minutes.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to the same method used for the deposit.
  • Large withdrawals may be held pending full KYC verification.
  • Withdrawals will be reviewed and may be delayed in cases of suspicious activity.

4.3 Currency

All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). bdtk6 does not support transactions in foreign currencies.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at bdtk6 can receive up to 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. The following conditions apply to claiming this bonus:

  • Bonus wagering requirement: 20 times (20x).
  • Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement is met.
  • Each new member may receive the welcome bonus only once.
  • Once a bonus is claimed, it cannot be cancelled.
  • bdtk6 reserves the right to change the bonus terms at any time.

5.2 General Bonus Policy

The following general rules apply to all bonuses, promotions, and special offers:

  • Bonuses are available only to valid members whose accounts have been fully verified.
  • Claiming bonuses using multiple accounts will be considered fraud.
  • Bonus funds cannot be transferred into cash.
  • Any bonus offer must be claimed within a specified time period — expired offers will be cancelled automatically.
  • bdtk6 reserves the right to withdraw or modify bonuses without giving a reason.

5.3 VIP Program

bdtk6's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Each tier includes weekly cashback — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum, and 1.5% at Diamond. VIP tier benefits include not only cashback but also priority support and exclusive offers.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

6.1 Betting Policy

bdtk6 offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. Once a bet is finalised, it cannot be changed. bdtk6 has full right to accept or reject any bet.

6.2 Results and Payouts

The results of all games are determined by a certified Random Number Generator (RNG). Game results are final and bdtk6's decision is considered final on all matters.

6.3 Technical Errors

If any game or bet is affected by a software or hardware error, bdtk6 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount. Abnormal results displayed due to a system error in any game are not valid and any associated winnings may be cancelled.

6.4 Responsible Betting

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdtk6 platform. Violating these prohibitions will result in permanent account closure and deposited funds may be forfeited:

  • Opening or operating multiple accounts by the same person.
  • Using match fixing or any other fraudulent betting strategy.
  • Misusing bonuses or attempting to circumvent bonus terms and conditions.
  • Using another person's account or payment method without permission.
  • Hacking, using bots, or using automated systems on the platform's software.
  • Engaging in money laundering or illegal financial activities.
  • Abusive or threatening behaviour toward other members or staff.
  • Opening or operating an account using false information.
  • Operating an account on behalf of a minor (under 21 years of age).

10. Account Closure and Restrictions

10.1 Closure by bdtk6

bdtk6 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close an account without notice in any of the following circumstances:

  • Any violation of these terms and conditions.
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity.
  • Providing false identity or information.
  • Legal or regulatory reasons.

10.2 Closure by the Member

You may request to close your own account at any time. In this case, the remaining balance will be returned after verification, but only for fully verified accounts.

11. Liability Limits

bdtk6 and its operators are not responsible for the following:

  • Bets or games lost due to internet disconnection or technical errors.
  • Losses resulting from your own negligence regarding the security of your account.
  • Losses caused by third-party actions or hacking.
  • Any legal complications arising from ignorance of the laws applicable in your country.
  • Unforeseen circumstances (force majeure) — natural disasters, cyberattacks, or other uncontrollable events.

In any situation, bdtk6's maximum liability will be limited to the actual amount of funds deposited in your account.

12. Changes to Terms

bdtk6 reserves the right to update or change these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will take effect as soon as they are published on the website.

For significant changes, we will try to notify you via your registered email or through in-platform notifications. However, if you continue to use the platform after changes are published, you will automatically be considered to have accepted the new terms.
